Fabulous launch last night for Sisters in Crime - Canada West's first anthology, Crime Wave. Thanks to all the wonderful authors who read from their work and also to everyone who came to "watch" us on Zoom!

In Crime Wave, mysteries unfurl in the cold of the Yukon, on a cruise ship, along the coast and in the BC interior, in a dying Alberta town and in a Saskatchewan farming community. They’re investigated by an amateur sleuth who’s smarter than the local police detective, a freezing cross-country skier, the desperate owners of a struggling B&B, a timid teenage girl, a young RCMP officer, a cruise-ship entertainer, and a senior combatting both dementia and murder.

If you enjoy my Jason Davey mysteries, check out this new anthology published by Sisters in Crime - Canada West. Jason's featured in "Salty Dog Blues" - going back to Jason's days as an entertainer aboard the Sapphire - a cruise ship in Alaska - and the mystery he has to solve - a particularly annoying Chihuahua has gone missing on board the ship!

So pleased and honoured to be included in this wonderful new collection of stories!

The eight mystery stories in Crime Wave range from thrilling, to wistful, to laugh-out-loud funny.

Featuring K.L. Abrahamson, J.E. Barnard, Alice Bienia, Marcelle Dube, Debra Henry, Winona Kent, Charlotte Morganti, and Merrilee Robson.

Ebook will be available on Amazon November 1
